Android App

Follow these instructions to download and install the CRS Mobile application on your Android device.

Android AppStep 1 : Download the APK file from this link.
Step 2 : If your device has Android 2.3 or earlier, go to:
Settings >
Applications >
Enable unknown sources (Allow non Google market applications to install).
For Android 3.0 & above devices, if you receive an alert message while installing, it is safe to select “Untrusted Applications”. This is a temporary issue and will occur during the Pilot phase only.
Step 3 : Click on the APK file to download.
Step 4 : Select Install. Application will be installed in your Android Device.

iOS App for Apple

Follow these instructions to download and install the CRS Mobile application on your Apple device.

Apple-iPhone appThe UDID number is required from your iPhone in order to download the CRS application. Please use the form below to submit your UDID and you will receive the downloadable file shortly. Click on the image below to see how to find your UDID on your iPhone.

Blackberry appFollow these instructions to download and install the CRS Mobile application on your Blackberry device.

First, you will need to install the Blackberry desktop manager on your PC in order to install the CRS Mobile application to your Blackberry.

Steps to install Blackberry desktop manager to the PC :-

Blackberry appStep 1 : Go to the URL http://in.blackberry.com/services/desktop/
Step 2 : Click on ‘Download for PC’. Find below the screen shot for your ease.
Step 3 : After the downloading has finished,install it in your PC by following the instructions.
Step 4 : Then the blackberry desktop manager will be successfully installed in the computer.

Steps to install the Blackberry version of CRS mobile application to your Blackberry device.

Step 1 : Download the ALX file from this link.
Step 2 : Extract the zip folder.You will find the CRS.alx inside it.
Step 3 : Connect the Blackberry device to the PC.
Step 4 : Launch the Blackberry desktop manager.
Step 5 : Click on the application options in the left side panel.
Step 6 : Now click on the “Import File” button on the right hand side.
Step 7 : Browse to the location where the  CRS application (‘CRS.alx’)  file is located.
Step 8 : The file will be imported to the  blackberry device.
Step 9 : In the ‘Application Summary’,you will be able to see the ‘CRS’ that needs to be installed on the device now.
Step 10 : Now click on ‘Apply’ on the right most corner.
Step 11 : Then the Application will be installed on the device.
Step 12 : Then disconnect your phone from the PC and launch the application.
